As per circular SN 04/2019 issued by Dubai Health Authority (DHA), all member records must be validated through Dubai HealthcarePost Office (DHPO)’s eClaims link before a policy is issued. DHA will validate members’ details, (including Date of Birth, Nationality, Gender, and Reference ID1) with General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) Dubai’s records. This change is applicable to all transactions processed after October 1, 2019.
For a UAE national, information must reconcile with that of their Emirates ID.
For a GCC national and/or diplomats without visa, information must match that of their passport.
For an expatriate, information must reconcile with that of their Emirates ID.
For newborns (born in the UAE) without a passport, visa, or Emirates ID, please upload a copy of the birth certificate as proxy in place of ‘visa’ on our Portal.
